Time to Catch Up!

Okay, so it had been quite a while since I last posted, I know! Things have been really busy and with Mother's Day and my birthday, I have a tendency to get a little lazy! I hope you enjoy the updates from the past few weeks!

On Mother's Day, Shawn allowed Abby to paint his toenails, he has just finished painting mine, and I painting hers, so she needed someone to do, if you can't see the color, it is REALLY pink! He is such a great Daddy!

Our really good friends, The Larsen's came into town from Texas, so of course, we had to do Wii with them, here is Shawn and Bryce boxing.

Today we got a lot of yard work done. When we finished, Shawn needed to take a break and Abby needed someone to pull . . . but it didn't last long.




The kids, of course, then decided to get a ride from Daddy . . . lazy bums! :)

Goblin Valley

Well, on Saturday we decided to take a day trip to Goblin Valley- it is one of our favorite spots to go to, although we haven't been there in too long! The kids had a blast!
Shawn and the kids got a bit tired while we were exploring and had to stop for a nap!

Shawn can hike a bit higher than the kids, but I wanted to show how high some of the "goblins" are- and how cute everyone was!

I have the best Husband EVER and I pity everyone else!

I just wanted to put up this adorable e-mail that Shawn made me this morning- he knew that I had a rough day yesterday, so he did this for me . . . how awesome is he?!

Ever have one of those days?

You know what I mean, the days where you just don't do anything right? The more and the harder you try, the stupider things you say and do? I am just having one of those days and feeling bad about myself. I don't know why I am posting it on my blog, so much as to just have an outlet for it. So, sorry, nothing happy and fun today, I am just wallowing . . . sorry!

So, we just finished watching the new "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie and during the credits was this song and Lucas didn't want us to turn it off, instead he wanted to dance to it with his cool "ninja" moves, and then, of course, Abby had to join in the fun! Enjoy!

All in all, not too bad, but it does make me nervous to hand over the camera to them, but they get such joy out of it and I keep a close eye *crossed fingers that I don't get lax*!
