Abby did rather well- she never went out on her own, and mostly liked to be held by both hands- preferrably by Daddy (Mommy wasn't as steady on her feet), but she was at least willing to move her feet around, even if she never got the hang on balancing!
Here we are together- I am proud to say that I only fell once, at the very end, and I did NOT dislocate my knee- as happened last time I went skating over 9 years ago!

It looks like you all had a great time!! I LOVE that pic of Abby with the gumball. Was it a blue gumball? 'Cause her lips kind of look blue (wasn't sure if that was just the coloring...maybe she was cold...or it was the candy...or maybe all three!)
We will have to go ice skating when I come up next. It has been years. Although I am not sure it would be worth falling and getting hurt again!
